Email support@afterhush.com with a short description of the issue and your app version. Please do not send journal entries, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Data deletion
Use You → Settings → Delete my account. Without optional account sync, this clears encrypted wellness data from the device. With a signed-in synced account, it requests permanent deletion of the account and its synced data. If you need help, email support with the subject Data deletion request. We may need to verify account ownership, but we will never ask for your password.

Support is not monitored as an emergency service
Do not wait for an email response if you or someone else may be in immediate danger. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 for immediate emergency help. Outside the United States, contact your local emergency services or a crisis resource in your area.
