Afterhush offers general sleep, relaxation, journaling, breathing, and wellness support. It does not provide clinical care, professional advice, or emergency monitoring. If there may be immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than app support.

Accounts and user content

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for content you enter. AI-generated prompts and plans can be imperfect. Do not rely on them for urgent safety decisions.

Subscriptions

Price, renewal, cancellation, refund, trial, and eligibility terms are those of the live product shown by the applicable app store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your app store account.
