Afterhush offers general sleep, relaxation, journaling, breathing, and wellness support. It does not provide clinical care, professional advice, or emergency monitoring. If there may be immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than app support.

Accounts and user content

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for content you enter. AI-generated prompts and plans can be imperfect. Do not rely on them for urgent safety decisions.

Subscriptions

Premium products may be offered only after store and RevenueCat setup is complete. Price, renewal, cancellation, refund, trial, and eligibility terms must match the live product shown by the applicable app store. This draft does not promise a plan or price.

Deletion and contact

Delete local data from Settings. For synced-data help, use the data deletion instructions or email support@afterhush.com. See the privacy draft.

Open owner and counsel decisions

• Confirm the legal operator, acceptable-use rules, age eligibility, and launch regions.
• Approve subscription, warranty, liability, dispute, and termination language.
• Choose governing law and a notice address; neither is asserted here.
